Steve has extensive experience in all facets of property management and real estate investments from managing properties since 1977. His experience in managing shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-family properties in Southern California over the years has allowed him to become familiar with the many diversities of day-to-day property management. Steve has managed in various demographic areas of the state from gang ridden neighborhoods to the more affluent neighborhoods of Beverly Hills. Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California as well as a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the CPM® designation.

Joel has been an executive with the company since 2005 and assists the CEO in all aspects of property management. Joel graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Business Management with emphasis in accounting. His strong accounting and management background enables the company to manage properties to the highest financial standards. His knowledge of all the current information system technologies is essential to effectively manage your property. Joel is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
